Survived by 5 children, Brianna Lynn Corkern, Thomas Samuel Corkern, Dakota Lane Corkern, Leighann Grace Corkern and Brooke Marie Castella; fiancé, Patricia Cox; mother, Sandra Perez and husband, Sal; father, Thomas Corkern and wife, Dana; 2 sisters, Richelle Lynn Hoover and husband, Michael, and Jennifer Elissa Jones and husband, Burl; paternal grandparents, J.Q. Corkern and wife, Carol and Barbara Lewis Touchstone; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents, James and Twila Champlin and sister, Donna Lynn Perez. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013. Interment Sharon Cemetery, Amite.
