A resident of Greensburg, he died at Touro Infirmary in New Orleans on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 10:18 a.m. He was born on December 13, 1967 and he was 45 years of age. Survived by his mother, Betty Alford McFerrin; brother, James “Jim” Reginald McFerrin, Jr. and his wife, Kimberly; 2 sisters, Wendy McFerrin Dover and husband, Carey & Miranda McFerrin Spencer and husband, Joe; nephews, Cody McFerrin and Dakota Spencer; nieces, Kayla McFerrin, Casey Spencer, Brittany Dover, Sarah McFerrin, Amber Dover, Zera “Lizzie” McGuff, Avery Spencer and Julieanna McFerrin. Preceded in death by his father, James Reginald “Reggie” McFerrin, Sr. Visitation will be at First Baptist Church, Greensburg, on Monday, November 4, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Tuesday, November 5, 2013 from 9 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Services conducted by Bro. Tommy Smith. Interment at Greensburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Greensburg Children’s Ministry.
