Heart to Heart with Holley: Favorite Family Things

Today, let’s focus our prayers on all the unspoken requests around us – those we can’t repeat, those I cannot write here, those close to our heart anyway.

Pray for the Dykes family as they go to McKneely’s to make final arrangements for Phil.  Pray God will give them strength to get through the third immediate family death in six months.

Pray for Reesa Birch DeLee and her mother, Nancy Birch, as they prepare to travel to New York tomorrow to begin treatment of Reesa’s newly diagnosed cancer.  As you pray for them, pray for the many family members and friends back in Louisiana who will be very concerned about Reesa.

This week we have a Third Thursday.  That means we will meet at the cabin with other Christians to eat, share, worship, and enjoy our friendships, both old and new.  We meet at 6:30.  Contact me if you need more information.
