- Mike is married to Robin Wilson whose dad, Leroy Wilson, grew up in this area. Mike had surgery a few months ago because of a tumor behind one eye. The vision in that eye was very limited and only to the side. This morning, Mike discovered he could see directly in front of him and has been covering his good eye and reading for his family all day.

- Please let everyone know that my mother is home and doing fine. The doctor found a small blockage on her right knee but it was in a place where he could not put a stint – so he “roto-rootered” the vein out and got good results. The other leg had no blockages. She spent the night Friday night and is very glad to be home. Thanks, Lauree
