Jadon Pailet still hasn’t eaten, but he did get to rest in his momma’s arms.  I wonder if Monica or Jadon was happier.

 

 

 

Mrs. Joan McIntyre Bartlett
(February 12, 1930 – January 7, 2012)

Mrs. Joan McIntyre Bartlett was born February 12, 1930 and passed away at 6:24 a.m., Saturday, January 7, 2012 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was 81, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Kentwood.

Mrs. Joan is survived by 2 daughters, Charlene B. Stogner and husband Eddie, Angie & Karen Calhoun and husband Richard, Kentwood; 3 sisters, Clodye McIntyre, Donice Blades & Sue Blades and husband Wiley all of Kentwood; 3 grandchildren, Joshua Stogner, Matthew Calhoun and wife Suzanna & Candice Thompson and husband Billy; 4 great-grandchildren, Jacie Bridges, Harlie Bridges, Cadie Bridges & Shelby Calhoun.

Preceded in death by her husband Harlen Bartlett; parents, Coy and Mattie Booty McIntyre; 2 brothers, William McIntyre & Muriel McIntyre; 3 sisters, Glynn M. Painter, Beverly McIntyre & Doyce McIntyre.

Visitation at McKneely & Vaughn Funeral Home, Amite on Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, January 9, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until Celebration of Life Services at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Don Meadows officiating. Interment in the Spring Creek Cemetery.
