Clifton D. “Cliff” Conerly was born October 3, 1943 and passed away at 6:15 a.m., Friday, August 5, 2011 at his residence. He was 67, a native of Pike County, MS and a resident of Amite.

Cliff is survived by his wife of 35 years, Elizabeth R. Miller Conerly, Amite; 2 daughters, Debbie M. Wilkinson and husband Leroy, Amite & Brandi C. Faunce and husband Curtis, Loranger; son, Kenny Miller and wife Samantha, Amite; son-in-law, Doug Misita, Amite; 10 grandchildren, Dustin Wilkinson, Jacob Wilkinson and wife Hannah, Jordan Wilkinson, Ace Misita, Drew Misita, Kody Miller, Tucker Miller, Cassie Faunce, Cole Faunce & Callie Rae Faunce; great granddaughter, Kenlea Wilkinson; 2 sisters, Dimple Bond and husband Donnie, OK & Jean Lea and husband Carey, Brookhaven, MS; 3 brothers, Dr. Steve Conerly and wife Betty Lou, Raleigh, NC, Mitchell Conerly and wife Lou, Bessemier, AL & Tony Conerly, Jackson, MS; also numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Lucille Hinson Conerly; daughter, Linda Kaye M. Misita; son, Ricky Miller; 2 brothers, Stanley Conerly and Glen Conerly.

Visitation at McKneely & Vaughn Funeral Home, Amite, on Sunday, August 7, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, August 8, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. until Celebration of Life Services at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Mervin Strother officiating. Interment in Amite Memorial Gardens, Amite, LA
