Edward Joseph “EJ” Vice was born June 3, 1958 and passed away at 10:49 p.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was 52, a native of Houston, TX and resident of Kentwood. EJ was a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife Cassie Forrest Vice, Kentwood; 2 brothers, Wesley Joseph Vice, Jr. and wife Norma, Orange, TX & Mark Anthony Vice and friend Carla, Hazlehurst, MS; mother-in-law, Mrs. Shirley Forrest; 2 sister-in-laws, Michelle Forrest, Kentwood & Debbie Lofton and husband Troy, Kentwood; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and extended family; also by his beloved cats, Cissy & Sassy.
Preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Joseph Vice, Sr. and Patsy Chaney Vice Bonds; father-in-law, Harold Forrest; brother-in-law, Ivy Keith Forrest.
Visitation at McKneely & Vaughn Funeral Home, Amite, on Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until Celebration of Life Services at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home Chapel with Dr. Danny Smith officiating. Interment in Spring Creek Cemetery.
