Christopher B. “Chris” Phillips was born September 13, 1988 and passed away July 20, 2008 due to the result of an automobile accident. He was 19, a native of Hammond and a resident of Roseland. Chris was a boilermaker and a member of Pro Bull Riders Association. He is survived by his Parents; Charles & Linda Easley Phillips of Roseland, a Sister; Victoria “Vicki” Phillips Braase and husband Dusty of Roseland and a nephew; Jayden Braase of Roseland. He was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents; Wilton & Louise Easley and Paternal Grandparents; Malvin & Annie Lea Duggan.
