A resident of Roseland, she died at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2012 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge. She was born April 5, 1936 in Osyka, MS and was 76 years of age. She is survived by husband, Robert L. Rainey, Roseland; 3 daughters, Dallice Sue Connell and husband, Charles, Bogalusa, Betty Ann Aron and husband, Kenneth, Roseland and Mary Bell Mitchell and husband, James, Roseland; 4 grandchildren, Tracey Ray Manchester, Jr. and wife, Jessica, Roseland, Brandon Leroy St. Cyr, Roseland, Michael Ray St. Cyr and fiance, Stephanie, Springfield, Mark Russell Guy and wife, Kellie, Nashville, TN; 11 great-grandchildren, Currissa Aline Manchester, Robert Eli Manchester, Logan Manchester, Tyler Manchester, Essie Mae Manchester, Jessie Manchester, Blane Brandon St. Cyr, Ava Ann St. Cyr, Seth Wyatt St. Cyr, Jesse Russell Guy and Katie Elizabeth Guy; 5 brothers, William Rhodus, Isabel, Odis Rhodus, Kentwood, Willie Rhodus and wife, Margaret, Roseland, Roy Rhodus and wife, Rose, Satsuma, Jimmy Dale Rhodus and wife, Pat, Roseland; 2 sisters-in-law, Jeanette Relan, Amite and Linda Rhodus, Satsuma. Preceded in death by son, Robert “Bilbo” Rainey; parents, Wesley and Susie Rhodus; brother, Ernest Rhodus; sister, Claire Ann Rhodus. She was a retired Supervisor for Hammond State School after 21 years of service. Visitation at First Baptist Church of Arcola from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday and from 8 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012. Services conducted by Rev.
